This stat determines what artistic abilities your character has, covering such things as musical performance, writing, visual art, dancing, acting etc.
Syntax: art 3 (artistic area)
Sets the specific artistic ability the stat is meant to represent.

- No special ability.
Third Artistic Ability 1
- Hobbyist level; school plays, garage band, or sketching for fun
Third Artistic ability 3
- Professional level; good enough to earn a living utilizing artistic skill
Third Artistic ability 5
- Among the best in the world; top selling writers, symphony orchestra members, or world class painters
