Levels: 0, 1, 2, 3, 4
This stat represents those who've dedicated themselves to the criminal underworld. Each rank offering increases to contacts, wealth and status. They also receive some bonuses to criminal skills as well as increased benefits from their contacts dedicated to generating scheme influence. At higher ranks they unlock abilities to enhance their NPC minions even further.
