While he really does want to use his powers for personal gain, he's having a hard time deciding what exactly to do with them, and has taken instead to testing them out on the population of Boston, the place where he lives at the moment, often invading homes and murdering people in obscenely brutal and creative ways that most Empowered wouldn't take the time for. | ||||
