Title: scheme types Targeted Schemes --------------------- Condition A scheme which can be targeted at 'innocents', 'naturals', 'supernaturals', 'order', 'hand', or 'temple' and will inflict all their members with a level 1 imprint. Discredit A scheme that makes the target unable to access their bank account. Mindcontrol A scheme that will inflict the target with a temporary level 2 imprint. Outcast A scheme that makes a target temporarily unable to use events or influence commands. Rob A scheme that will steal some random objects from the target's stash. Sue A scheme that will steal some money from the target's bank account. The amount is based on how much the target has in their bank account and to a lesser degree how much they have on their person. Global Schemes --------------------- Aegis A scheme which prevents violence between natural and supernatural characters. Brainwash A scheme which will temporarily affect everyone in the game except the creator with a level 1 imprint. Catastrophe A scheme which causes all characters to suffer mild wounds, and receive less money and experience. Cleanse A scheme which temporarily renders all supernaturals human and caps their disciplines at the limits to be considered natural for each discipline. Dominance A scheme which makes all naturals imprintable by Hand members and makes all naturals desire sensitive. Heist A scheme which gives the creator a good deal of money, but makes all other characters get less in their next pay check. UnderstandingBoost A scheme to increase the protection of the understanding. UnderstandingHit A scheme to decrease the protection of the understanding. Faction Schemes --------------------- Occurance A scheme that gives members of the creator's faction a bonus to influence gains, but characters in other factions a penalty to the same. Operation A scheme which gives everyone in the creator's faction a bonus to income and characters in other factions a penalty. The scheme affects one payment period. Recruitment A scheme that gives members of the creator's faction NPC bodyguards and all other factions gain a penalty to experience gains. Teaching A scheme that gives members of the creator's faction a bonus to experience gains, but everyone in other factions a penalty to the same. Note: Schemes should match up with their type's effect, but not necessarily their name. For instance it's perfectly acceptable to run a sue type scheme to represent a theft. Many of the larger schemes can be accomplished ICly through 'gate magic' a type of magic that can only be done in Haven and involves manipulating the barriers between dimensions. Most factions contain tomes on how this can be done to achieve their various goals.
