Werewolf Mechanics
Original File
Title: werewolf mechanics Werewolves can shift into their alternate form with the shift command. Werewolves suffer a penalty to combat performance during the new moon, those who embrace lunacy are much stronger during the full moon. Werewolves can howl by typing howl, they an do this once per day and only in hybrid form, other werewolves will hear the direction the howl came from, werewolves can use the packmate relationship. When shifted werewolves gain toughness and tooth and claw disciplines based on their human disciplines. Werewolves are the equivalent of a large shapeshifter form with 2 running, 1 agility, 1 power, acute smell, acute hearing, and nocturnal.

`cSyntax:`6 `Wshift`6, `Wshift wolf`6 (if multiple forms) `cSyntax:`6 `Whowl`6 Werewolves transform into monstrous wolves. This form is the equivalent of a large shapeshifter with a set stat pool, the only way to increase these stats is with the Lycanthropic Combat path. Their human stats aren't added. Werewolves have 2 Running, 1 Agility, 1 Power, Acute Smell, Acute Hearing, and Night Vision. They get 115% of their offensive disciplines as Tooth and Claw (highest weapon, highest unarmed 1/2 highest ranged) and 115% of their defensive disciplines as Toughness (sum of). Werewolves may use the 'howl' command once per day. It may only be used in wolf form. Other werewolves will hear the direction the howl came from. Werewolves may use the packmate relationship, letting them sense what others in their pack are feeling, even at great distances. They're slightly stronger while fighting with their pack, but are much weaker when going against them. `cSee also:`W Werewolves, Lycanthropic Combat, Animal Stats, Relationships
