When used,<br \/>you will see a message confirming that you made the target feel the emotion,<br \/>and they will receive a message indicating they feel emotionally as you<br \/>described.<\/p>\n<p>This command requires the Telempathy skill unless targeting a mindhacked<br \/>character.
