When used:<\/p>\n<p>1. It functions as a normal emote, displaying your roleplay to the room<br \/>2. It<br \/>extracts any text enclosed in double quotes as your witness statement<br \/>3. If<br \/>you are flagged as a witness to an active haunting, and an investigator of<br \/>that same haunting is present in the room, your statement will be<br \/>automatically recorded<br \/>4.
