HAVEN POLICE AND CRIME REPORTS

  • A terrorist attack perhaps launched by rival private security corporations resulted in the destruction of Temple Industrial's warehouse here in Haven. Many employees were killed in the process and authorities and employers have been working to contact their families. Since then, the warehouse has been rebuilt and is reported to be more structurally sound.
  • There was an incident on Lincoln Street last week, where a pair of live-action roleplayers caused a scene. While there were concerned citizens, no one seemed to have been harmed in the incident.
  • Several dead bodies were found in the Ruby Lounge last week, with witnesses reporting that it involved Ruby Lounge staff and members of the Court Street Society. Authorities are still investigating the incident.
  • A bank robbery was reported at the Haven Bank this week that ended in a large shoot-out between the Sheriff's department and the perpetrators. The culprits were arrested, but the leader managed to escape. He met his demise sometime later on in the week and officials have said that the incident has been handled and the bank is operating normally again.

ASK THE CITIZENS:

'''Our reporting team went around Haven, stopping people on the street and wanting to know personal answers to our questions!'''

  • "Would you rather go back in time to meet your ancestors or forward in time to meet your great, great grandchildren? And why?

"I'd go forward in time, I'd like to see the impact I'm having right now on my family. I broke some traditions so I'm a curious how that'll change things. I'm hoping for the better." - Keira Sharer, 18

"To be honest, I'd go back to nineteen ninety one and invest in Microsoft. My ancestors are wholly uninteresting and I don't plan to have kids." - Petty Officer 2nd Class Jane Rhodes, 19

"I'd go in the past to meet my ancestors, I'd think, because there is much insight and knowledge to be gained in a time where things were much harder -- different, and the people relied more heavily on their physical abilities than technology to do things for them." - 1st Lt. Lucky Santangelo, 21

"Ancestors. They were in the revolutionary war, would have been cool to meet them." - Heather O'Neal, 20
