This cosmic artifact is said to possess the ability to incite cataclysmic events, making it potentially catastrophic in the wrong hands. It is cloaked within a dream echo of an opulent mansion, heavily fortified with psychic guards. Capturing the Dawnstar not only means acquiring an immensely powerful artifact but also exercising control over a significant portion of the supernatural landscape of Brasilia. It's a high-stake operation, as, success would not only mean the acquirement of the Dawnstar, but also dominion over a key region of Brazil.
