Lacey hails from Boston, and recently moved to Haven after transferring to a nearby community college. It was apparently a bit of a hasty move in the middle of the semester, and she's not very forthcoming about the reason.

She has had her first run-ins with the supernatural elements od the world. But her understanding is very superficial, and she knows that, which is why she mostly stays out of their way. Mostly.
+How She Copes with the Lurking Horrors+
So far, the horror hasn't been too bad, though she knows worse is lurking around the corner. Her former Catholic Faith floundered long before she moved to Haven, but that background still enabled her to accept an alternative to the laws of science without losing her sanity.
