Syntax: smashngrab (faction name)
Starts a raid-like conflict in the current borough immediately, with others able to quickly travel to it. The initiator of the crime will oppose everyone who attends but be able to make use of their squad. The winner gets a briefcase which can be contributed for political capital. You will lose some political capital in the target borough when you do a smashngrab.
This command has a 1-2 week cooldown.
