King gets off his horse and immediately heads for the nearest bit of cover he can find, breaking out his shield and revolver along the way toward it.

While the enemies gather over at the mailbox, King gets over to the safe and starts trying to break it open. He is not really a safe cracker, but he has a knife and starts trying to pry it open in various angles.

King blinks when he sees Iron Moon packrunners show up for the fight. “Well, that’s interestin’. Get over here!” he says just before another blast from the lieutenant rocks him. “Damnit,” he growls as he gets back to work on the safe.

King does finally manage to pry a panel off the side of the safe and go in for the goods as his packrunners get closer to him. When he hears another voice, he says, “Yeah, don’t be fooled. That lieutenant can blast a whole area at once from way over there.”
