In the help file for political capital, it says that when you do activities you generate political capital for your group, and in the political thuggery help file it says that certain actions remove your political capital.

Do we have individual or group political capital? When you lose political capital what pool does it come from? Is there any way to view political capital or it’s obfuscation intended?
