Are all stat/power limitations for guest characters from H6 still in effect? Like limits to Wealth, Contacts, Stealth, Larceny, and Ghost Walking?

Are guests able to be targeted by the Wild Hunt? If so, how does it work for them, given they have no karma?

Do/Can you still do stories/plots/encounters as a guest?

Do guests gain rpxp/combat xp for your account, even if they cannot use it?

Are there any real reasons/incentives to not just cycle guests instead of full time PCs?
