What are the differences between these two types of brainwashing?
Particularly:
1.) How broad a change can you work with brainwash fatecrafting? For instance, can you brainwash fatecraft someone into being a completely different person?
For example, imagining Johnny the ex-military Templar from Georgia, can you capture him and ‘brainwash fatecraft Johnny You were born in Los Angeles and are a vegetarian and peace activist.’ ?
2.) What can you do with newidentity that you can’t do with fatecrating?
It takes invitation 6 to fatecraft someone and invitation 9 to newidentity them. What are examples of what you can do with someone at Invitation 9 that you can’t do with someone at Invitation 6?
When we discussed this all on Newbie this morning, people theorized that perhaps (A) fatecrafting can make only limited changes with each application. (IE, you are a vegetarian is one fatecraft, you were born in Los Angeles is another) or that (B) fatecrafting only affects what happened to you in the past ,not how you reacted. Those are just speculations, though.
