What causes property costs to sometimes jump? I thought it might be borough dependent, at first. But I also own a shop downtown, Four Seasons Store Three, which I have not had the time yet to decorate at all. (Haven’t increased decor, toughness, security, nothing.) Compared to Four Season Stores One, Two and Four, which are codedly identical in terms of size, layout and decor levels, its value is now double. The only thing I can think of is that it must be specifically because Mab owns it?
As another example, the Bayview Penthouses doubled in cost after we threw a house party there. Decor level, security and toughness weren’t increased for the party (although a bunch of extras, places and descs were). Would that influence it? Did the fact that a bunch of people were there increase it? (Though I’m confused because a party at another penthouse didn’t seem to increase its cost AFAIK.)
