Fabled quest bonuses

From help fabled:

A vampire may get a particularly strong urge to bite a fabled character and get a bonus if they do so.

What’s the bonus? I recently bit a character I’ve never bitten before, but have RPed with extensively. I had a fabled quest to bite them. 0% LF. Is there a different bonus?

It triples the LF benefit you’d get from biting them, but if you were already capped or the benefit was 0 because they were low lifeforce then that could still lead to gaining nothing.
