    From the Fabled helpfile:
Another character may come into possession of a random item which can only be
contributed by the fabled character, requiring them to find the person and obtain
    it from them.
Or alternatively the fabled character may come into possession of an object
that can only be contributed by some other character, and that other character will
know the direction of the fabled character until they obtain the item.

I share this because as a Fabled, it’s one of those things that I think people tune out the most. And it may be to your detriment!

You see, those ‘odd little antique’s are actually able to be contributed to boroughs. Whenever I find one, I hold onto it (usually for about a month before I chuck it out). Whenever I get the message (‘You hear Name has something valuable you want.’) I try to inquire about it within a day or two (basically the first opportunity it’s feasible). However, in almost every case I’ve done so: the person has already thrown it out.

I get it, in a way. I mean, they’re kinda bland. They’re blank slates. If we were around each other in person, I try to make up something I dropped or similar. If not, I do try to be creative in some other means about it. But if you find one, consider customizing it and reaching out to Fabled you know. Heck, you can almost always tell who generated it because it happens right after you pose to or text them or vice versa! Feel free to make up something that you found that the person in question might like. It’s still an RP hook and it has the benefit for the borough contributions.

Thank you so much for this.

These are actually pretty fun and now that I understand them a little better, I’ve been enjoying customizing them a little and playing with them a bit.
