Currently, the Order is having an issue where the person chosen to be the leader of the group is not the person codedly the leader. Despite pouring praises on the individual in question, we can’t seem to move him beyond rank 3 and 99% for more than a few hours. They also seem to be missing permissions.
This particular character (Ambrose) and the character that is the Order Warden codedly (Patience) are almost identical in build. The only difference that I can see is that he rolled in as a T3-1, while the other is a flat T2.
In a righteous group nobody with a moral tier above 2 can be a leader and nobody above moral tier 3 can have any meaningful authority in the group.
However, both characters have a moral tier of 2.
Ambrose is also missing ‘suspensions, recruitment, and commanding’ off of their permissions list. When the two characters swap roles (m.scroll and warden) the permissions remain missing for him, while she retains them.
Is this working as intended? Can no character of T3-1 build lead Order, even if they have no intention of actually tiering up?
