During H6 there was a rule about removing characters for allegiances. So if someone was in the Hand and in a Cult and they were doing operations you couldn’t remove them. Recently this unwritten rule has been referenced beyond the allegiances.

    1. Can Faction / Society / Cult leaders remove characters from their organization?

    2. Can a member of a Faction / Society / Cult antag other members openly such as kidnap, torture, maiming without being removed or return antag’d?

    3. If a character feels they have been wrongly removed from a Faction / Society / Cult do they send in a petition and staff will re-instate them? Is it purely IC and a Venetian member will appear?

    4. Is a rule written on the H6 forum but not written anywhere on the new website still in effect?

It depends on the type of organization and the whys of it all.

In cults the leader can really do whatever they want.

In sects they can mostly do whatever they want within reasonable limits.

In a faction there are NPC bosses who may counteract choices.

In general the question is going to turn on if this is sensible leader behaviour and pro-rp, or is it internet-person controlling type behaviour. So is it like someone is leaking intel, working against the group and never helping, pretty easy justification, are they a helpful person who just also does stuff against the group or you don’t like, not very justifiable.
