In the year of our lord 2025, a new forum is launched for the well-established game of HavenRPG and it’s so much worse than what we already had. Every part of it is worse. It’s an all-encompassing downgrade in every way. Can’t edit posts, the BBCode format that practically all forums use is done away with in favor of whatever this is, and an automoderator is randomly erasing posts for no apparent reason. I wasn’t even able to log into the forum until I changed my game account’s password to something less than 10 characters, because the system apparently couldn’t handle a password longer than that, or something.
Why was all of this done? What purpose does it serve? It’s just so much worse and seemingly for no good reason. What we had worked fine.
