Throughout his life, Toby's been a variety of things - an avid gamer, a fairly average student, and a fairly average worker. In spite of that, he had a penchant for seeing that which was otherwise obscure, or difficult to be seen. He was rather surprised then, of course, when his college application cycle - which spotted a variety of schools across the U.S - was graced with a full-ride scholarship to White Oak; with his rather average grades, lack of athletic prowess, and middle-class background, he'd almost thought they'd made some sort of mistake - he wasn't going to second guess that decision, though.
Today, Toby is a freshman at White Oak Institute; he's been rather indecisive about his course direction, but he's found himself taking a set of coursework in business-oriented classes as well as visual arts (and to those who are aware, his curated degree program specifically focuses on parapsychology).
