Build
Syntax: Build small/medium/large/extralarge/tall house/shop/public (north/east/south/west) (name)
This command allows a player to create a new plot of land on the grid to become their house or shop or public owned property.
Compared to renting a place of similar size, building one requires twice the upfront rent, but costs 20% less each month. They also cannot be bid on by others.
If you miss a payment, you will get a notice and have to pay double the next month, if you fail to do this the bank will reclaim your building.
Larger plots are more expensive, as are those in more sought after areas such as downtown.
