Requirements: Rank 2-5 at least 21 years old. Rank 3-5 Professional Focus 1-3.
This stat determines the level of education a character has achieved so far.
Education -1
- Never graduated high school.
Education 0
- Graduated high school.
Education 1
- An undergraduate or have completed a lesser degree than a bachelors.
Education 2
- Completed a bachelors degree or equivalent.
Education 3
- Completed more than one degree or a Masters degree.
Education 4
- Completed a PhD or MD.
Education 5
- A professor, lecturer, or other academically established individual.
