Feedback
Syntax:
feedback view feedback clear feedback (person) positive/negative/neutral (message)
Feedback is a command used to give anonymized feedback on people's RP. It can be given in three forms, positive, neutral and negative.
Positive feedback will give people a very small XP and RPXP bonus that will accumulate as they earn XP or RPXP. Negative feedback will give a very small XP and RPXP penalty that will be paid off with a small proportion of earnt XP or RPXP.
These bonuses and penalties are very small and only would affect earning rates by on average 10-20 percent and generally only for one-two mobs fought or 2-3 emotes.
When giving positive or neutral feedback it is illegal to in any way give your name or anything by which you can be identified or to tell people it was you that sent it.
When giving neutral or negative feedback it is illegal to give the feedback without a message to go along with it.
Neutral feedback without a message is pointless, the requirement of a message in negative feedback is to protect against griefing. The prohibition against including a name in positive feedback is to prevent people using feedback to earn popularity points or as part of some sort of favor trading.
After giving feedback there will be a delay of a random period between about one hour and two days before the person will see it. To help protect the identity of the person giving it.
Currently the immortals can see feedback given, but not who sent it. This will have to change however if people abuse the system.
