This modifier represents a mental illness that impairs your character and their abilities. Very often it is actually the drugs used to treat the condition that result in the impairment, but in other instances it may be the condition itself. The condition or it's treatment must be something that would realistically impair a character however. Mental illness is particularly common amongst new supernaturals.
