Messages
Syntax: messages view/messages clear/message (person) (message)
The message command can be used to send IC messages to other players regardless of if they are online or offline. How you use it is up to you, if you have their email address you may RP it as sending an email, a phone number might lead to a text message. Otherwise it could be an actual messager or even physical mail.
