Shroud Storms

Shround Storms are a mystical technique that allows the practioners to target a particular object or set of objects and locations and then force that into the shroud, as well as anybody nearby who's able to shroud.

This differs from the regular shroud in several ways. Firstly once it's been created it's very difficult to get back into, while soldiers already there will be shifted over and other groups can send teams there at the same time to benefit from this, further reinforcement is very difficult. What's more even relatively minor wounds that occur in the shroud have a tendency to make people lose their grip on it and slip back out, from there being unable to affect matters further. Lastly whatever was targeted by the bomb will, after the shroud collapses again, revert in the physical world to it's state in the shrouded world. If a facility is targeted and then destroyed in the shrouded world, it will collapse into ruin as soon as the shroud falls, if a bag is targeted and then stolen in the shrouded world it will disappear from it's old location and reappear in the possession of the thief once the shroud collapses. Items not targeted, such as buildings, cars, trees and so on will no so revert.

These features make shroud storms excellent tools for cover supernatural ops, the only big downside being they take some time to set up and are often detectable, allowing opposing groups to often show up exactly as the bomb goes off if they're so inclined.
