Vigor
Vigor builds up from roleplay and whenever you're not fighting. When you have positive vigor you will gain exp at 150% the normal rate.
Vigor goes down by .5 every time you move and 1 every time you attack. It goes up by .1 every minute online or every two minutes offline. Although this slows when it starts to build up to very high amounts.
Additionally vigor goes up every time someone in the room with you does an emote or say, by about .5. Very small emotes or says only have a chance to trigger this effect. Because it goes down every time anybody in the room roleplays roleplaying in rooms with many people produce the best effects.
