Mission: Intercept a portal key and bring it back to the extraction point.
This operation is focussed on locating and taking control over a powerful artifact known as the Portal Key. Rumored to be located in the golden city at the heart of Lauriea, this key is said to open gates between the Earth realm and the Other. Whoever controls the key will have unparalleled access to both realms, making it a highly sought-after item. As Lauriea is a land of dense forests, the key could be anywhere, veiled by the enchanting green fauna and elusive fae magic. The aim of the operation is to find the key and gain control over it before it falls into the wrong hands, which could have catastrophic consequences for both Earth and the Other realm.

As Harriet dashes along towards a tree in the distance with her riding boots hitting hard against the street beneath them. Clutching her English long rifle, she moves at a sprint, hazel eyes scanning for any sign of trouble. Her mission is clear, and with every step, she prepares for the unpredictable nature of encounters such as these, spotting Meridith in the distance. "Hello, beautiful," she says to Samantha before nodding to Viktorin. "She fell asleep!"
"Hey," Viktorin yells as he begins sprinting, giving Samantha a wave over his shoulder. A very sharp wave, apparently, as he's waving his gauntlet sword all about.

Samantha dashes behind the large tree, patting small fires from Konstantin's hellfire out on her jacket as she rushes in and moves to pin Konstantin between herself and Harriet.

Harriet listens and then nods to Samantha. "She's become incredibly strong. The only way I can come close to taking her down alone is through the use of a landmine as I run away from her for dear life," she confesses. "Which, they are quite handy tools."

"Wouldn't the tree make more sense? It's closer to where we have to go." Samantha points out. "I had thought maybe we should wait for one more wave but we can go now if you think it'd be better."
Harriet peers ahead. "Is it closer? It looks further away to me," she says of the tree as she then looks at the map. "Perhaps my eyes deceive me. We can wait."

Mission: Intercept a portal key and bring it back to the extraction point.
This operation is focussed on locating and taking control over a powerful artifact known as the Portal Key. Rumored to be located in the golden city at the heart of Lauriea, this key is said to open gates between the Earth realm and the Other. Whoever controls the key will have unparalleled access to both realms, making it a highly sought-after item. As Lauriea is a land of dense forests, the key could be anywhere, veiled by the enchanting green fauna and elusive fae magic. The aim of the operation is to find the key and gain control over it before it falls into the wrong hands, which could have catastrophic consequences for both Earth and the Other realm.
