The Romanian Intelligence Service, or SRI, maintains a secret occult division like many intelligence agencies. For SRI, it is 'Section 6', and their goal is to keep Romania safe from supernatural threats.
Of course, Romania is facing a supernatural threat: the machinations of the Damned, and so Section 6 must be dealt with. The Damned and their allies are going to raid Section 6's headquarters in order to steal their archive of occult knowledge so that they cannot effectively oppose the cult.
