Mission: Intercept the Keys to the City and bring it back to the extraction point.
The Damned need to regain lost ground in Romania. To that end, they seek some mystic power over Bucharest itself. The ceremonial keys to the City can be the magical focus for a ritual to allow the Damned's agents free access to the capital city and from there, power over the whole country.
