The Destined Hosts Operation In Rhagost 240207
The dense snow-laden forests near Rhagost became the stage for a brutal encounter as a band of warriors sought to complete an ancient rite at a mystical altar. Amongst them, Autumn and Ryan faced off against a figure clad in red and black camo, bearing demonic sigils, parrying blows with steel khopesh and weapon alike. Black smoke billowed, arrows were drawn, and shots fired, but the foes were relentless and cunning. Harriet, Alexander, and Carter joined, with shots sparking soil and weaponry clashing in a symphony of war. Their adversaries, phantoms of a nightmarish vigour, seemed inexhaustible, fading in and out of the nightmare, nearly with each breath and move made by our protagonists.
The team battled with valor, maneuvering towards a log that provided temporary cover, spells flying and companions urging each other to the relative safety of a tree. In the thick of battle, Carter etched runes into the air, an art of light against shadow, while Ryan bound his wounds with a meticulous flair. The air was thick with the metallic scent of brimming aggression and magic, as more foes emerged and allies faded from the nightmarish realm. Harriet's warhammer sang her defiance as it parried the relentless strikes of their shadowy opponents. Carter, injured and overwhelmed by numbers, faded from the realm, soon followed by Autumn, and the others despite their fierce fighting spirit. In the end, amidst screams of effort and desperation, the Destined Host emerged victorious, leaving the once-embattled forest now solemnly silent.

An ancient altar hidden deep within the verdant forests of Rhagost is rumored to be a nexus of powerful mystical energies. Utilizing rune-inscribed stones scattered throughout the woods, the objective of the operation is to activate this altar by performing a ritual that channels these energies. To succeed, the characters must find and interpret the runes, assemble them at the altar, and complete the ritual. Aided by their understanding of the arcane arts, the ritual's completion promises rewards of considerable power and influence, making it a tantalizing prospect not only for those with an affinity for the forbidden, but for any seeking to exploit such potent energies.
