A city where millions of immigrants flock from all over the world allows for a rather diverse set of wolves to also exist in peace. Only there isn't peace when the local vampire court has decided to push out the wolves.
The Moonlight Pack seeks to intervene on behalf of the wolves, partially to help the wolves, but also to grow the Pack itself in service to Lunaris. Toronto could be the first step to a much larger organization of wolves, an alliance of multiple packs prepared to face the end of the world.
