After the attempts by the Black Flames to try to destroy the Mumbwa Caves brooding stronghold in Zambia, the Scalebound Covenant has sent agents there on a mission to try to calm the population and settle the region down from war in order to prevent more such incidents in the future. Michelo Chulo suggests a pacifying ritual be performed in the Lusaka National Park for its centralized location, natural environments, and the newness of it being declared a national park hinting at is recent importance to the people there.
