Crystal Contract

Contract of Bondage


The supplicant, Crystal Browne, does hereby bind themselves to the claimant, The Fae Court of Winter, from 12/31/2017 until released by the claimant, a period of no less than 6 months or greater than 6 years.


Section A


Under this contract the supplicant is obligated to:


A1) Obey all instruction given by the claimant or their representatives unless such instruction would violate the obligations of the supplicant or the claimant under this contract.
A1.1) To obey instructions when given and not delay performing requested tasks.



A2) To transfer any financial or property gains made while under contract, be they they result of labor or capital, to the claimant.



A3) To take all reasonable steps to protect their property, health and life energy from use by any individuals not authorized by the claimant.



A4) To not engage in carnal relations with anyone not authorized by the claimant.
A4.1) To not engage in carnal relations with themselves unless authorized by the claimant.



A5) To maintain their body in the same state of health, beauty and fitness as it was when acquired.



A6) To make all efforts to not resist any mental compulsions or manipulations applied by representatives of the claimant.
A6.1) To wear and not remove any cursed objects given by the claimant.



A7) To present themselves in the manner requested by the claimant at any time, and to allow any alteration of their presentation as long as such alteration can be reversed at the end of this contract.



A8) To take on any identity in the psychic dream world requested by the claimant and not make any changes to that identity not authorized by the claimant.



A9) To always be contactable and locatable by the claimant.
A9.1) To not leave the state without pre-obtained written authorization by the claimant.
A9.2) To contact the claimant or their representative at least once a week to allow opportunity for instruction.



A10) To always be polite and respectful when speaking to the claimant or their representatives.



A11) To not do reputational damage to the claimant by speaking ill of them or their associates.



A12) To always answer the claimant's questions honestly.
A12.1) To not attempt to mislead the claimant.



A13) To make all reasonable efforts to prevent the mundane world from discovering the existence of this contract or their relationship to the claimant.



A14) To make all reasonable efforts to prevent any attempts to rescue them from the claimant, or efforts by others to thwart or undo the conditions of this contract.



Section B


Under this section the claimant is obligated to:


B1) Not inflict permanent damage or change upon the supplicant.
B1.1) Not allow others to inflict permanent damage or change upon the supplicant.



B2) To ensure the supplicant is adequately housed, clothed and fed as to maintain the level of health they had before entering into this contract.



B3) To not require the supplicant to engage in behaviour with a high risk of serious injury or death.
B3.1) To prevent others from making the supplication engage in behaviour with a high risk of serious injury or death.



B4) To revert any changes to the supplicant's appearance, identity, memory or mind at the conclusion of this contract at their own expense.
B4.1) Unless any changes are requested to be kept by the supplicant, and such requests are made while the supplicant is in their own right mind.



B5) To allow and enable the supplicant to have the appearance of a normal mundane life.
B5.1) This includes such endevours as are needed to ensure pre-existing relationships with friends and families are mostly maintained.
B5.2) This includes maintaining reasonably normal behaviour and appearance in mundane public areas.



B6) To allow the supplicant at least four hours of socializing and thirty minutes of physical pleasure a month.



B7) To not use mind control, blackmail, violence or coercion to extend the length of this contact beyond its original date.



B8) Expunge all record of offenses against the The Fae Court of Winter on completion of the contract.



Section C


Penalty Clauses


C1) Any violation of the terms of this contract by the supplicant will result in an extension of the duration of the contract by one month or by the duration of the non-compliance, whichever is greater.
C1.1) The claimant has the right to waive this extension if they judge the supplicant to have made sufficient amends.



C2) Any violation of the terms of this contract by the claimant will result in a diminishing of the duration of the contract by one month or by the duration of the violation, whichever is greater.
C2.2) Any remuneration owed to the supplicant by the claimant will not be diminished by the reduction in the duration.



C3) Serious violations of the terms of this contract by the supplicant which invalidate the contract will cause an immediate termination of the contract and free the claimant from all responsibility with regards to remuneration.
C3.1) The supplicant is not entitled to a reversal of changes to appearance or behaviour in this situation.



C4) Serious violations of the terms of this contract by the claimant which invalidate the contract will cause an immediate termination of the contract but require the claimant to still make remuneration in full.
C4.1) All other exit obligations on the claimant with regards to reversing changes in appearance or behaviour continue to apply.



C5) Where violations of this contract by the supplicant are so extreme as to invalidate the work and expense of the claimant without any measurable return or attempt to follow the terms of this contract. The life, mind and soul of the supplicant is forfeit and shall be transferred to the claimant by any law abiding member of the supernatural community in perpetuity.
C5.1) The claimant may offer a bounty to help ensure the proper acquisition and disposal of serious violators of supernatural law.



Section D


Early termination and extension


D1) Upon agreement by both parties, this contract can be terminated early with remuneration owed to be scaled to the duration of the contract.
D1.1) As long as the contract has run for at least twenty percent of its duration the claimant continues to be bound by all exit obligations with regards to reversing changes in appearance or behaviour.



D2) Upon agreement of both parties, while unaffected by any mind control that may impact the decision, this contract can be extended as is, with remuneration scaling linearly in accordance with the extended period of time.
