In Town Hall Northern Meeting Room
It is about 90F(32C) degrees.
Jodie makes her way into the meeting hall with a lumbering step that does not befit her size. She lets out a breath when she's in as if the stairs up here were tiring to her. As she gets near the rep she greets with an upnod and says, "Look, the Hand doesn't give a shit about you. The order is ineffective. The only reasonable choice is the Temple, we have an interest in keeping the waters clean."
"But you know. Someone else is gonna show up and offer you a better deal and you are going to take it cause..fuck it I suck at politics." Jodie tells the rep with a bit of sourness in her voice. She pats her pockets to start looking for some smokes and as if she spoke of the devil. Konstantin then appears to do just what she predicts.
Striding in, Konstantin greets representative of Aquarian Guard with a nod. "Such is the quality of templars as partner in business", Konstantin begins, presenting a professionally amicable tone and neutrally polite expression to the representative; "I am Kosntantin, Leader of Hand Cell here. Often, we do not see eyes to eyes. Recently, we have interest in Ocean. There is beast growing strong in the bay, and we are trying to organise hunt to destroy. This thing is bad for your domain; lend us support and we see it done." He nods once then having made his point, crossing his arms against his chest while looking aside at someone. "We meet again. I wonder if you argue like you armwrestle."

Jodie pulls a cig out of her pack and pops it between her lips while Konstantin is talking. There is most definitely no smoking signs around the town hall but no one here is liable to stop her. "Probably worse." then she looks him up and down and with a smirk she tells him, "But I fight like I fuck, and I can really fuck." odd thing to say, crass even just for the sake of being off putting.
squints a little in amusement, trying to draw the connection out loud between the two F's mentioned; "You get bent back and surrender?"
Chuckling to himself singularly, Konstantin glances down at his phone before drawing out his own packet of cigarettes. "You have light?", Konstantin asks with an upnod to Jodie.

Konstantin shrugs his shoulders a bit, patting down his pant pockets looking for his lighter. "What I saw at picnic, anyway."
Jodie pats her pockets again, even though she has so very few pockets it takes her a moment to find her zippo. She strikes the flint to produce a flame, lighting her cigarette first before stepping forward to Konstantin to hold the flame out to Konstantin. When she talks the cigarette between her lips bounces a little. "Maybe I didn't want to show off. I'm not an attention seeker."
Nodding appreciatively and bringing back his cigarette to his lips before taking a drag, Konstantin commends; "Da, I appreciate a little discretion. I am not performer myself."
