There's been fluctuations of Sanctuary as bodies have been found in the last three days carved up by some sort of slasher. Haven appears to have its first serial killer.

Jesus did you hear what happened at the Cantina? Some guy just came in and
fucking killed the girl tending to the bar and put a knife through that
blind-guy. He put that indian woman and Jean in the hospital too, all stab
wounds. The fuck is going on with this town?

Buzz about a serial killer in Haven continues to spread, mostly through the
supernatural community. A man in a skull mask has brutally attacked a number of
Haven residents, and can break Sanctuary with just a wave of his hand. Word is
he calls himself something like The Knave of Knives, or the Knave of... Staves?
No, knives, probably. Either way, he's seriously bad news. Beware.
