In a move clearly meant to upset the Venetians further, Augustus Inigo,
Haven's mayor, held a public press conference in Boston, specifically,
saying that he was back from his stay at the hospital and feeling in good
health, and that Frank Reeves, who had been at his bedside, is returning to
active duty, after the government has considered Haven a safe-zone from the
terrorist attacks on the bookstore and Hollow Consulting Agency.
For supernatural scholars, the reason this is an upset to the Venetians is
Augustus has let the natural world know that he and the Sheriff's Department
are governing Haven. Venetians, who are meant to uphold the Venetian
treaty, need to now make Augustus' claim appear to be true in public. Never
mind the fact that much of the Wilson syndicate escaped in the prison riots
at the Cathedral.
All of November 1st, thunderous noises that can only be Raphael Abdiel
throwing a tantrum echoes throughout the streets. It's a good day.
