    Looking at the following:
    borough fairefield
    Fairefield
New Haven’s historic entertainment district dating to the mid-1800s, featuring Victorian playhouses
and repurposed industrial spaces that balance commercial theater with bohemian artistic expression.

This borough is governed by The 63rd Legion.

An election is scheduled for Tue Jan 27.
Favored activities for this election: Anti-63rd, City Events (3x bonus)

Are City Events the same thing as the Festivals in HELP FESTIVAL?

If not, what are City Events?

So according to the report and to HELP POLITICS GUIDE, city events should be LLM patrols and encounters, not festivals. I would assume making festivals contribute would not be optimal since only the society in control can run them

Okay I see them in help politics, but I still don’t know what patrol types those would be, or how to focus for them.

Both of them under the lookfor system , labeled patrol for LLM patrols, which are basically “There’s a disturbance here, show up with two more people and fix it”, or encounters, which send direct offers to players, and if they accept you are given a couple prompts to choose from and are placed in an instanced room as a SR.
