Consulted the early h6 codebase on the politics stat and influence.

It looks like politics finds the most use when you are being targeted by a praise.

Was this ever changed?
Are there any other significant changes to how influence and the politics stat work in h7, if that is alright to ask?
Do praises have a permanent affect on follower count or are these separate systems?
