Livia Hayes arrived in Haven in early 2025 and soon after took ownership of Momento Mori, transforming the town’s pawn shop into an antiquarian bookstore. With a background in historical research and rare book curation, she brings with her a formidable knowledge of classical texts, ancient languages, and obscure historical records. Miss Hayes keeps largely to herself, but her reputation for thorough research and her uncanny knack for finding exactly the book someone needs is already making Momento Mori a quiet destination for history enthusiasts, students, and the simply curious.
Word has also been passed about that she offers private lessons in Latin, Greek and classical history. However, to date, no one has taken the task mistress up on her offer.
