Red Circle
A council of magical practitioners devoted to the pursuit of arcane knowledge above all things, they are neither truly moral or immoral but rather apathetic towards such causes. The members of the red council don't go out of their way to hurt anybody but also don't go out of their way to help them either, they are devoted to their art and that is all. Generally considered a neutral party between the Black and White circles they frequently are called upon to chair or host meetings of the arcane community due to their neutrality.
