Overview: The Fae who have been banished from the golden city for being criminals, or being too disturbing. About as close to demons in evilness as is possible. Their deprivations are usually targeted at other Fae or other high level supernaturals or their entertainment is too sickening for words.
Common Allies: The Chosen, The Syndicate.
Common Enemies: The Circus, The Gamemasters, The Lost and most everyone else.
Prefers: Underworld contacts, faeborn, demonborn.
Typical Tasks: Taking part in or aiding to set up their entertainments.
