Gameplay
Syntax: academy role (role)
Cliques are a part of academy life. They will show up in your score
and on the roll. They can optionally be displayed as a social rank.
Cliques affect the newly balanced stat caps for characters under 18
as well as what supernatural talent characters may or may not come to
express.
Joining a clique is done by taking a role within that clique which
unlocks additional benefits. Please consult the following:
Rebels (Can take up to larceny 2 and stealth 2)
* Druggie - Can create drug items (pending implementation)
* Bully - Bonus to fistfighting (pending implementation), can take
strength 1, isn't helpless to other students in detention (pending
implementation)
Nerds (Can take languages beyond two and up to Occult Knowledge 2)
* Hacker - Can take up to hacking 3 and engineering 3. Chatroom
use / communications transmitted off campus will be halted without
hacking 3.
* Overachiever - 10% bonus to school XP earned
* Artist - Can take artistic abilities to 3, and fashion knowledge 1
* Goth - Can take incantation 1 and up to ritualism 2
Popular (Can take either physical conditioning or fashion knowledge 1)
* Preps - Can take and receive money from Wealth 1
* Jocks - Can take up to strength 1, acrobatics 1, running 2,
stamina 2, fast reflexes
Team Captain is a new position comparable to head boy/girl, but is
chosen only from the Jocks. It has the same minimum requirements as
the head boy/girl position. A jock which is head boy/girl can not also
be Team Captain and the title will fall to the next eligible character
or dormant.
Roles can only be changed every 60 days.
