Gameplay
Syntax: Karma Buy unstable (power name)
Syntax: Activate unstable
Unstable powers allow characters of any tier to unlock legendary powers by spending 25k karma.
After buying the power in order to use it characters must activate the power with activate unstable
This allows the character to be considered as having the skill for the next twenty four hours. But will
also come with a lower life force 'hangover' period afterwards of 24 hours for T3s and higher and 48 hours
for T2s and lower. There is also a one in ten chance when someone tries to activate their unstable
power that they will pass out instead and suffer the hang over immediately.
You do not need to meet the training requirements of the stat to access it as an unstable power.
