Mission: Get to the designated site and continue disrupting or reinforcing the defenses of the compound until the process is complete.
There's been a steady decline of the democratic state in Peru over the last year or so, as Peru's Congress have undertaken steps to undermine judicial independence, weaken oversight of government actions, and restrict civil society activities. Among these many overreaching laws are attempts to give the government broad control over NGO's, especially those that receive foreign funding, as well as to limit investigations into human rights violations.
While officially stating that they in no way support the motions of this government, Vetr Global is profiting from these motions, and it is in their best interests that they continue to go forward. Their security divisions have been serving as PMO's for the embattled government, with monthly payoffs transported to Congress via an armored van.
This relationship keeps the corrupt Congress confident that they can corral the masses and citizens of the country. It is by disrupting this relationship that the Disruptors intend to interject themselves into the situation. They're planning an operation in the nightmare, to disrupt the security of the Vetr Global compound so that sympathetic ground forces can rush in and claim it.
On the other hand, this presents an opportunity for those looking for reward from the company to bolster their defenses instead, and ruin the assault.
