Having primed the Australian parliament for this final phase of their plan for control; the Hand seeks to compromise the senators themselves now. Still unable to circumvent the mental shielding of the senators themselves, the psychic operation seeks to apply pressure to those in their personal lives. The combination of this new influence with the lobbyists brought to heel by the previous operation will allow the Hand to empower their plants and sympathisers in the Australian government, cementing their sway.
