The Order has identified a key individual, Victor Vellan, involved in the illegal smuggling of humans between worlds, often individuals often taken from the fringes of society or kidnapped from vulnerable populations, to sell them to the fae. The goal of this mission is to detain Vellan alive, extract critical intelligence regarding his trafficking routes, connections with the fae, and any other accomplices in this trade.
