In Town Hall Northern Meeting Room
It is about 50F(10C) degrees.
"Good evening," Yasmin tells representative of The Whispering Hand with a flash of a smile, making her way into the meeting room and taking a seat nearby, one leg crossed over the other. "I don't think there is a lot to say here, yes? You are Hand, I am Hand, we will work well together."
Seated nearby, Yasmin inclines her head at Claire in greeting, and offers Peyton a smile, apparently having already said her piece before their arrivals.
Claire plops herself down around the table and offers a little smile. She makes no moves or overtures towards the representative, but simply offers a little smile to the assembled, paying special attention to Yasmin, and remarking playfully, "Fun meeting."
Peyton rushes in, perhaps almost late. And she flashes the biggest smile you'd seen north of Richmond to all involved in the bartering. "It would be silly to go with anyone buy us, of course. We're colleagues." She enthuses.
Leaning back in her chair, Claire remarks to petite, "Hey, never know. There can always be backbiting and drama between cells."
Peyton smirks at that, and puts her hands on the back of Yasmin's chair as she leans forward to whisper something to Yasmin as if conferring over some secret aspect of the deal.
Yasmin clicks her tongue at the mention of backbiting and drama, though otherwise refrains from further commenting in favor of listening to whatever it is Peyton would like to whisper to her.
Claire folds her hands over her abdomen and watches the whispering between Peyton and Yasmin. Though she quickly loses interest and slowly spins her chair around in a slow, steady circle. "Think anyone else will show up?"
Peyton crosses her arms and straightens back up, though she doesn't really present an intimidating profile. She glances back over her shoulder and out the door, and gives her head a shake.
"Maybe not, if they are not here already," Yasmin answers with a little shrug, eyes upon the representative of The Whispering Hand now.
Claire sucks her teeth at that gesture from Peyton and that statement from Yasmin. "Shame. I tend to hope these things would be a little more talkative. Very rarely do representatives from different organizations get together and it would be nice to have some healthy debates now and then."
The representative of The Whispering Hand decides to support The Hand.
